A practical, 4 week programme, offering you new and practical ways to ground yourself, while being in connection with nature. Using these simple tools on a regular basis, can make a lasting impact on your health and well-being. Each session we will try new activities, in pairs, solo and as a group. Engaging all of our senses and curiosity to bring us into our body and into the present, including nature connection, earth art and crafting. Each week will finish with seasonal herbal teas and treats. Small group size.
