A practical, 4 week programme, offering you new ways to ground yourself, while being in connection with nature. Each session we will try new activities, in pairs, solo and as a group. Engaging all of our senses and curiosity to bring us into our body and into the present, including nature connection, art and crafting. Each week will finish with seasonal herbal teas and treats.
